Important Information about Service and AMC Plans
- OEMs we have a tie-up with and our technician will provide service: Such farmers do not need an AMC plan for the first 5 years. Their service charges will be paid to us by the OEM.
- OEMs we have a tie-up with and their technician will provide service: Such farmers also do not need an AMC plan for the first 5 years. We will not receive any payment for this service.
- OEMs we DO NOT have a tie-up with: Such farmers must purchase a 5-year AMC plan to avail service from us.
- Note: All the above rules are applicable for the first 5 years according to the pump's warranty period. After 5 years, all types of farmers will be required to purchase an AMC plan to continue service from us.
